Recently, I facilitated a family intervention and I’d like to share some thoughts on it. When the family called me for help, they were deeply concerned and frustrated with the alcoholic’s behavior. I was able to comfort them with the reassurance that treatment works and recovery is possible. They decided they wanted to be part of an intervention because they believed they needed to do something to help their loved one get into treatment.

We attended the Shadow Effect Process in New York with Debbie Ford. It was truly awesome, life transforming and simply powerful for me. I worked on shame, fear, faith, anger & rage, dark and light side, forgiveness of self and others.It was an amazing process. I highly recommend it to everyone. Our workshop onthe 24th will be based on these ideas and principles. Healing is also an emotional process as well as physical, mental and spiritual process.
